1. The Phase 2 Oral Examinations for Ph.D. admissions will be held in Graduate Classrooms 2 and 3 of the Department. The examination is divided into two sessions, Session A and Session B. Candidates must complete Session A first and then proceed to Session B to fulfill the entire oral examination procedure. [Ph.D. Exam Location Map & Venues]
2. Candidates please report to the Department Conference Room one hour prior to their scheduled examination time; late arrivals will be considered to have forfeited the examination. (Candidates in the first session, please report 30 minutes prior to your scheduled exam time).
