Academic research is an enterprise that requires long-term endeavor and years of efforts. For a scholar, it is a life-long career. There are only stages, without any destination. Without effort, one will be lagging behind. The Historical Cultivation is established in 1995, this journal is a bi-annual publication, published every June and December—summer issue and winter issue. With increasing submission, the scope of the annual edition had been enlarged, covering the fields of the historical reasearch, including historical articles, research discussions and book reviews.
