Course Update: Rescheduled First Class and Required Pre-class Readings for “Special Topics in the History of Taiwanese Popular Religions”<\/strong><\/p>

Dear Students,<\/p>

Please be informed that the graduate course “Special Topics in the History of Taiwanese Popular Religions” (\u81fa\u7063\u6c11\u9593\u4fe1\u4ef0\u767c\u5c55\u53f2\u5c08\u984c)<\/strong>, instructed by Professor Paul R. Katz (\u5eb7\u8c79)<\/strong>, will not<\/strong> meet on Week 1 (September 8) as the professor will be traveling abroad.<\/p>

Accordingly, our first class will begin in Week 2 on September 15<\/strong>.<\/p>

Please note that the course handouts for Week 1 must be prepared in advance<\/strong>, as they will be used during our very first class on September 15. All enrolled students are required to read these materials beforehand.<\/strong><\/p>
