class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p>\u64b0\u7a3f\u4eba\uff1a\u672c\u7cfb\u78a9\u58eb\u751f\u6797\u797a<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>\u738b\u667a\u660e\u6559\u6388\u73fe\u8077\u70ba\u4e2d\u592e\u7814\u7a76\u9662\u6b50\u7f8e\u6240\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u3001\u967d\u660e\u4ea4\u5927\u793e\u6587\u6240\u5408\u8058\u6559\u6388\u3001\u4e9e\u969b\u6587\u5316\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u6703\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u3002\u738b\u667a\u660e\u6559\u6388\u4e5f\u9577\u671f\u6295\u5165\u300a\u6587\u5316\u7814\u7a76\u300b\u3001\u300a\u601d\u60f3\u300b\u7b49\u520a\u7269\u7684\u7de8\u8f2f\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7f8e\u570b\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u6703\u3001\u4e9e\u969b\u6587\u5316\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u6703\u7b49\u570b\u969b\u5b78\u8853\u793e\u7fa4\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u5354\u4f5c\u3002\u738b\u667a\u660e\u6559\u6388\u8457\u6709\u5c08\u66f8\u300a\u843d\u5730\u8f49\u8b6f\uff1a\u81fa\u7063\u5916\u6587\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u767e\u5e74\u8ecc\u8de1\u300b\u4ee5\u53ca\u8ad6\u6587\u5341\u9918\u7bc7\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e3b\u7de8\u300a\u6587\u5b78\u8ad6\u6230\u8207\u8a18\u61b6\u653f\u6cbb\uff1a\u4e9e\u969b\u8996\u91ce\u300b\u7b49\u5c08\u66f8\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u6f14\u8b1b\u4ee5\u7f8e\u570b\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u5c40\u52e2\u4e2d\u4ee5\u5e1d\u570b\u578b\u614b\u9032\u884c\u7684\u884c\u52d5\u70ba\u59cb\uff0c\u5f9e\u8a31\u591a\u8ad6\u8457\u7684\u8457\u8ff0\u4e2d\u89c0\u5bdf\u81fa\u7063\u6b77\u53f2\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u9023\u7d50\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u5c0d\u81fa\u7063\u4eba\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u7b49\u4e3b\u984c\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 1990\u5e74\u4ee3\u8d77\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u53f2\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5b78\u8005\u958b\u59cb\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6c11\u4e3b\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5e1d\u570b\uff1f\u82e5\u4f5c\u70ba\u5e1d\u570b\uff0c\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u5c55\u958b\u5e1d\u570b\u6b77\u53f2\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e5f\u6210\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u554f\u984c\u3002\u738b\u6559\u6388\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u61c9\u5f9e\u81fa\u7063\u6b77\u53f2\u4e2d\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u91cd\u65b0\u7406\u89e3\u7f8e\u570b\u6b77\u53f2\u7684\u53d6\u5411\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u8b93\u81fa\u7063\u6210\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u5e1d\u570b\u53f2\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5c07\u7f8e\u570b\u6b77\u53f2\u7684\u73fe\u5be6\u72c0\u6cc1\u7f6e\u5165\u81fa\u7063\u672c\u5730\u8a9e\u5883\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u89c0\u5bdf\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u738b\u6559\u6388\u5f9e\u7f8e\u570b\u53f2\u5bb6Daniel Immerwahr\u300c\u7f8e\u5229\u5805\u5408\u773e\u570b\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u5c31\u662f\u5e1d\u570b\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u300d\u4e00\u8a00\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u63d0\u5230\u7a2e\u65cf\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3001\u6b96\u6c11\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3001\u8cc7\u672c\u4e3b\u7fa9\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e26\u5f37\u8abf\u5728\u5b78\u7406\u4e0a\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba\u5c0d\u4e8b\u5be6\u7684\u55ae\u7d14\u63cf\u8ff0\u3002\u63a5\u8457\uff0c\u738b\u6559\u6388\u8ac7\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\u5ddd\u666e\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u571f\u4ee5\u5916\u5730\u5340\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u548c\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u5ddd\u666e\u7684\u56de\u4efb\u7e3d\u7d71\uff0c\u4f7f\u81fa\u7063\u8a9e\u5883\u4e2d\u300c\u501a\u7f8e\u8ad6\u300d\u548c\u300c\u7591\u7f8e\u8ad6\u300d\u7684\u8faf\u8ad6\u66f4\u52a0\u51f8\u51fa\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u8457\u61c9\u5c0d\u7f8e\u570b\u6b77\u53f2\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u738b\u6559\u6388\u63a5\u8457\u63d0\u5230\u4e2d\u7814\u9662\u8fd1\u4ee3\u53f2\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u9ec3\u5609\u8b28\u4e4b\u8457\u4f5c\u300a\u7f8e\u570b\u8207\u81fa\u7063\uff0c1784-1895\u300b\uff0c\u8a72\u66f8\u5c0d\u7f8e\u570b\u8207\u81fa\u7063\u5728\u6b77\u53f2\u4e2d\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u9023\u7d50\u6709\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u63cf\u8ff0\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4e86\u89e3\u7576\u6642\u7f8e\u570b\u5982\u4f55\u7406\u89e3\u81fa\u7063\u3002\u7576\u6642\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u5c07\u81fa\u7063\u8996\u70ba\u5efa\u7acb\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\u7684\u9078\u9805\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u8c50\u5bcc\u3001\u5177\u8a2d\u7acb\u8cbf\u6613\u4e2d\u7e7c\u7ad9\u50f9\u503c\u4e4b\u8655\u3002\u738b\u6559\u6388\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u81fa\u7063\u50c5\u662f\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e2d\u570b\u554f\u984c\u7684\u501f\u9053\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u8108\u7d61\u7684\u554f\u984c\u4e2d\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u503c\u5f97\u91cd\u8996\u4e4b\u8655\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u773c\u4e2d\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u53ef\u8b02\u300c\u9032\u53ef\u653b\uff0c\u9000\u53ef\u5b88\u300d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5177\u6709\u5546\u52d9\u3001\u8ecd\u4e8b\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u5176\u571f\u8457\u4e5f\u88ab\u60f3\u50cf\u70ba\u9858\u610f\u5354\u52a9\u7f8e\u570b\u5c0d\u6297\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\uff1b\u6545\u56de\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u6b77\u53f2\u4e2d\u601d\u8003\u7f8e\u570b\u5c0d\u81fa\u7063\u60f3\u50cf\u6e90\u982d\u7684\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u738b\u6559\u6388\u4ee5\u7f8e\u570b\u5728\u4e00\u767e\u9918\u5e74\u9593\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u5730\u5340\u7684180\u6b21\u767b\u9678\u70ba\u984c\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u7f8e\u570b\u884c\u52d5\u7684\u610f\u5716\u3002\u900f\u904e\u7f8e\u6d32\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u4ee5\u5546\u52d9\u8cbf\u6613\u70ba\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u5728\u6240\u8a02\u5b9a\u570b\u969b\u689d\u7d04\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u5f97\u4ee5\u9032\u884c\u6d77\u5916\u64f4\u5f35\u3002\u6d77\u5916\u64f4\u5f35\u7684\u8d77\u9ede\u5728\u65bc1856\u5e74\u6240\u901a\u904e\u7684\u300c\u9ce5\u7cde\u5cf6\u6cd5\u6848\u300d\uff0c\u4f7f\u7f8e\u570b\u80fd\u5408\u6cd5\u4f54\u9818\u5c0f\u5cf6\uff0c\u641c\u522e\u57fa\u790e\u5929\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u5728\u7f85\u59b9\u865f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u55ae\u4ee5\u6b66\u529b\u4f5c\u70ba\u5354\u5546\u57fa\u790e\u4e26\u975e\u5168\u7136\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u767c\u73fe\u6e05\u5ef7\u5b98\u54e1\u5c0d\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u6cbb\u7406\u89c0\u5ff5\u8207\u897f\u65b9\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff1b\u674e\u4ed9\u5f97\u5247\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u5357\u81fa\u7063\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u7684\u4e3b\u52d5\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u76f4\u63a5\u8207\u7405\u5da0\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u982d\u76ee\u5353\u675e\u7be4\u6703\u9762\uff0c\u4e26\u7acb\u4e0b\u300c\u5357\u5cac\u4e4b\u76df\u300d\u3002\u5c0f\u8aaa\u300a\u5080\u5121\u82b1\u300b\u548c\u96fb\u8996\u5287\u300c\u65af\u5361\u7f85\u300d\u662f\u5c0d\u7f85\u59b9\u865f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u91cd\u8ff0\uff1b\u4e0d\u540c\u6642\u4ee3\u3001\u4e0d\u540c\u7acb\u5834\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc<\/p><p>\u7f85\u59b9\u865f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u548c\u5357\u5cac\u76df\u7d04\u7684\u6027\u8cea\u7686\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u89e3\u8b80\u3002\u674e\u4ed9\u5f97\u5728\u500b\u4eba\u8a18\u8ff0\u4e2d\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u5357\u5cac\u76df\u7d04\u50c5\u70ba\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u4ea6\u70ba\u5353\u675e\u7be4\u800c\u975e\u674e\u4ed9\u5f97\u4e4b\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u55ae\u7d14\u70ba\u6551\u52a9\u906d\u9047\u6d77\u96e3\u8005\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u6b64\u6642\u4e5f\u9032\u884c\u8457\u300c\u4e3b\u6b0a\u570b\u5bb6\u300d\u7684\u722d\u8ad6\uff0c\u55ae\u5f9e\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\u89d2\u5ea6\u5341\u5206\u5bb9\u6613\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u4f46\u674e\u4ed9\u5f97\u5a01\u8105\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u5c0d\u300c\u7121\u4e3b\u5730\u300d\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u65bd\u884c\u6709\u6548\u7d71\u6cbb\uff0c\u50ac\u751f\u4e86\u300c\u958b\u5c71\u64ab\u756a\u300d\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u65e5\u5f8c\u65e5\u672c\u5c0d\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u610f\u5716\u3002\u7576\u6642James Horn\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u8a18\u8ff0\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u76df\u7d04\u7684\u7c3d\u8a02\u4e5f\u662f\u591a\u65b9\u52e2\u529b\u89d2\u529b\u4e0b\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u738b\u6559\u6388\u53c8\u5c07\u7368\u7acb\u5ba3\u8a00\u3001\u9580\u7f85\u4e3b\u7fa9\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u8207\u4e0d\u540c\u570b\u5bb6\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5354\u5546\u7d0d\u5165\u8a0e\u8ad6\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u300c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u5c6c\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\uff1f\u300d\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u5728Manifest Destiny\uff08\u662d\u662d\u5929\u547d\uff09\u7684\u89c0\u5ff5\u4e2d\uff0c<\/p><p>\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u300c\u5f9e\u6d77\u5230\u6d77\u300d\u7684\u5730\u7406\u7a7a\u9593\u3001\u9818\u571f\u64f4\u5f35\u5c64\u9762\uff0c\u4ea6\u5305\u542b\u7f8e\u570b\u6240\u4fe1\u4ef0\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u81ea\u7531\u9ad4\u5236\u61c9\u5411\u5916\u50b3\u905e\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u5c64\u9762\u3002\u800c\u5728\u50b3\u905e\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6240\u9047\u5230\u7684\u754c\u9650\uff0c\u800c\u5c0d\u65bc\u754c\u9650\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u3001\u767c\u751f\u8207\u514b\u670d\uff0c\u5247\u8207Jackson Turner\u65bc1893\u5e74\u63d0\u51fa\u7684Frontier Thesis\u6982\u5ff5\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u610f\u6307\u7f8e\u570b\u5728\u6b77\u53f2\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u4e0d\u65b7\u5730\u514b\u670d\u6240\u9047\u5230\u908a\u754c\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u7586\u57df\u65b9\u9762\u9084\u662f\u7a2e\u65cf\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u9d09\u7247\u6230\u722d\u7d50\u675f\u5f8c\uff0c\u8207\u5217\u5f37\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u4e3b\u5f35\u300c\u9580\u6236\u958b\u653e\u653f\u7b56\u300d\uff08Open Door Policy\uff09\uff0c\u4e3b\u5f35\u4e0d\u61c9\u74dc\u5206\u4e2d\u570b\uff0c\u61c9\u63a8\u884c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u6027\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8cbf\u6613\u3002<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
