#000000;\">\u52d5\u7269\u502b\u7406\u5b78\u4f01\u5716\u8981\u6311\u6230\u50b3\u7d71\u800c\u4f86\u7684\u300c\u4eba\u2014\u52d5\u7269\u5340\u5225\u300d(human-animal distinction) \u8ad6\u984c\uff0c\u6b64\u8ad6\u984c\u57fa\u65bc\u54f2\u5b78\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u53ca\u79d1\u5b78\u7b49\u8a3c\u64da\u4f86\u8ad6\u8a3c\u52d5\u7269\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9053\u5fb7\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee5\u81f4\u7522\u751f\u4eba\u80fd\u4efb\u610f\u5c0d\u5f85\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u4e0d\u516c\u7fa9\u8655\u5883\u3002\u5eff\u4e16\u7d00\u82f1\u7f8e\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u54f2\u5b78\u8a66\u5716\u5960\u57fa\u4e00\u7a2e\u540c\u4e00\u6027\u8ad6\u984c (identity thesis) \u4f86\u8ad6\u8a3c\u52d5\u7269\u8207\u4eba\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u63a5\u8fd1\u6027\u548c\u5ef6\u7e8c\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u4f86\u6311\u6230\u300c\u4eba\u2014\u52d5\u7269\u5340\u5225\u300d\u8ad6\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u8ce6\u8207\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u76f8\u5c0d\u5e73\u7b49\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6b50\u9678\u54f2\u5b78\u4e2d\u7684\u52d5\u7269\u6027 (animality) \u8a0e\u8ad6\u5247\u6307\u51fa\u540c\u4e00\u6027\u8ad6\u984c\u96d6\u7136\u5c0d\u52d5\u4fdd\u6709\u7a4d\u6975\u8ca2\u737b\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u6df1\u9677\u4eba\u985e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u9808\u8981\u767c\u5c55\u4ed6\u8005\u8ad6\u984c (otherness thesis)\u8996\u52d5\u7269\u70ba\u4ed6\u8005\uff0c\u4f01\u5716\u6253\u7834\u4eba\u4f5c\u70ba\u9053\u5fb7\u4e3b\u9ad4\u548c\u502b\u7406\u66b4\u529b\u7684\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u5c07\u52d5\u7269\u5f9e\u4eba\u985e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e3b\u7fa9\u4e2d\u89e3\u653e<\/span><\/strong><strong
