class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>\u64b0\u7a3f\u4eba\uff1a\u5289\u5cf0\u79c0\uff08\u672c\u7cfb\u6b77\u53f2\u7cfb\u78a9\u58eb\u73ed\u5b78\u751f\uff09<\/li><\/ul><p>\u6b64\u8b1b\u5ea7\u70ba\u6c11\u570b\u53f2\u8b1b\u5ea7\u7b2c\u4e00\u5834\uff0c\u7531\u4e2d\u6b63\u6587\u6559\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u3001\u6c11\u570b\u6587\u5316\u5b78\u793e\u4ee5\u53ca\u672c\u7cfb\u5171\u540c\u8209\u8fa6\uff0c\u7531\u7f8e\u570b\u53f2\u4e39\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u80e1\u4f5b\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u517c\u6771\u4e9e\u9928\u85cf\u90e8\u4e3b\u4efb\u6797\u5b5d\u5ead\u4e3b\u8b1b\u3002\u6797\u5b5d\u5ead\u51fa\u751f\u65bc1971\u5e74\uff0c2008\u5e74\u5373\u6210\u70ba\u82f1\u570b\u7814\u7a76\u90e8\u9662\u58eb\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u6df1\u53d7\u570b\u5167\u5916\u91cd\u8996\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u5c08\u9577\u70ba\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u6cbb\u3001\u570b\u969b\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u908a\u7586\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u8457\u4f5c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u82f1\u6587\u51fa\u7248\uff0c\u9577\u5c45\u66a2\u92b7\u6392\u884c\u699c\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u7279\u9ede\u4e43\u662f\u4f7f\u7528\u5927\u91cf\u539f\u59cb\u6a94\u6848\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5169\u8523\u65e5\u8a18\u70ba\u6c11\u570b\u53f2\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53f2\u6599\u3002\u6797\u5b5d\u5ead\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2d\u3001\u7f8e\u3001\u65e5\u3001\u82f1\u7b49\u591a\u7a2e\u8a9e\u8a00\u53f2\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u8fd1\u5e74\u63a8\u5ee3\u51b7\u6230\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p><p>\u5442\u82b3\u4e0a\u8001\u5e2b\u662f\u6797\u5b5d\u5ead\u7684\u555f\u8499\u8001\u5e2b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u611f\u8b1d\u8523\u65b9\u5973\u58eb\u624d\u5f97\u4ee5\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u6750\u6599\u3002Hoover Institution Archives \uff08\u80e1\u4f5b\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6a94\u6848\u9928\uff09\u6536\u85cf\u8a31\u591a\u8fd1\u4ee3\u91cd\u8981\u4eba\u7269\u53f2\u6599\uff0c\u542b\u62ec\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u8b58\u5f62\u614b\u3001\u653f\u6cbb\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u50cf\u662f\u6c6a\u7cbe\u885b\u6a94\u6848\u63ed\u9732\u7576\u5e74\u523a\u6bba\u6e05\u671d\u651d\u653f\u738b\u8f09\u7043\u5931\u6557\u5f8c\uff0c\u6e05\u671d\u8981\u6c42\u5beb\u4e0b\u7684\u6094\u904e\u66f8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6bdb\u6fa4\u6771\u79d8\u66f8\u674e\u92b3\u65e5\u8a18\u7b49\u3002<\/p><h3><strong>\u6a94\u6848\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u7576\u7f8e\u570b\u524d\u7e3d\u7d71\u6b50\u5df4\u99ac\u88ab\u8cea\u7591\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u5177\u6709\u7f8e\u570b\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u4e00\u5c01\u4f86\u81ea\u6b50\u5df4\u99ac\u7236\u89aa\u7684\u4fe1\u4ef6\u63ed\u9732\u51fa\u771f\u76f8\u2014\u20141962\u5e74\uff0c\u4ed6\u65bc\u590f\u5a01\u5937\u9032\u884c\u7530\u91ce\u8abf\u67e5\u6642\uff0c\u66fe\u5beb\u4fe1\u7d66\u5728\u80af\u4e9e\u7684\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u66f8\u4fe1\u5167\u5bb9\u8b49\u5be6\u6b50\u5df4\u99ac\u70ba1961\u5e748\u6708\u51fa\u751f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b49\u660e\u6b50\u5df4\u99ac\u7236\u89aa\u72af\u4e0b\u91cd\u5a5a\u7f6a\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u64c1\u6709\u5169\u4f4d\u59bb\u5b50\u3002<\/p><p>\u56de\u5230\u672c\u5834\u6f14\u8b1b\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u6771\u4e9e\u51b7\u6230\u5c40\u52e2\u8207\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u4e43\u662f\u5bc6\u4e0d\u53ef\u5206\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u5167\u90e8\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u5316\u8207\u793e\u6703\u5c40\u52e2\u8207\u51b7\u6230\u812b\u4e0d\u4e86\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u89c0\u770b\u6b77\u53f2\u5fc5\u9808\u6ce8\u91cd\u8207\u5927\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8ecd\u4e8b\u8207\u5916\u5cf6\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u53ef\u81ea\u91d1\u99ac\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a2\u7a76\u7576\u6642\u53f0\u7f8e\u3001\u53f0\u65e5\u7b49\u5916\u4ea4\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u7684\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u8af8\u5982\uff1a\u8ab0\u60f3\u8981\u53cd\u653b\u5927\u9678\uff1f\u53cd\u653b\u5927\u9678\u662f\u5426\u4f5c\u70ba\u53f0\u5317\u5411\u7f8e\u65b9\u8a0e\u50f9\u9084\u50f9\u7684\u7c4c\u78bc\uff1f<\/p><p>\u95dc\u65bc\u53f0\u7063\u505c\u6b62\u6838\u6b66\u7814\u767c\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u5361\u7279\u7e3d\u7d71\u65bc\u6a94\u6848\u4e2d\u8a3b\u8a18\u300cgood\u300d\u30021980\u5e74\u4ee3\u53f0\u7063\u53c8\u79d8\u5bc6\u7814\u767c\u6838\u6b66\uff0c\u90dd\u67cf\u6751\u65e5\u8a18\u4e5f\u5beb\u9053\u6b64\u4f9b\u5fc5\u8981\u6642\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u82f1\u570b\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u6a94\u6848\u4e2d\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u6838\u6b66\u7814\u767c\u5377\u5b97\u7559\u6709\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u4e2d\u5c71\u6a5f\u69cb\uff08\u4e2d\u79d1\u9662\uff09\u5316\u8eab\u70ba\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\u8cfc\u8cb7\u76f8\u95dc\u5100\u5668\uff0c\u4ee5\u5316\u6574\u70ba\u96f6\u65b9\u5f0f\u63a1\u8cfc\u91cd\u8981\u96f6\u4ef6\uff0c\u90fd\u70ba\u82f1\u570b\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u5426\u6c7a\u3002\u8b49\u64da\u986f\u793a1986\u5e74\u53f0\u7063\u5df2\u5177\u5099\u5728\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u5167\u88fd\u9020\u6838\u6b66\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u90dd\u65e5\u8a18\u63d0\u53ca\u300c\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u5167\u81f4\u88fd\u9020\u51fa\u6838\u6b66\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6b64\u7a81\u7834\u8e29\u4e86\u7f8e\u570b\u5e95\u7dda\u3002\u300d1988\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u6838\u80fd\u6240\u526f\u6240\u9577\u5f35\u61b2\u7fa9\u53db\u9003\uff0c\u540c\u6708\u8523\u7d93\u570b\u904e\u4e16\u3002\u5f35\u61b2\u7fa9\u5230\u7f8e\u9032\u884c\u807d\u8b49\u6703\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u6b64\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u7f8e\u5230\u53f0\u62c6\u9664\u704c\u6f3f\u3001\u4e0b\u9054\u6700\u5f8c\u901a\u7252\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u53f0\u7063\u95dc\u9589\u6240\u6709\u6838\u6b66\u8a2d\u5099\u3002<\/p><p>\u5229\u7528\u53f2\u6599\u91cd\u65b0\u5efa\u69cb\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u5373\u900f\u904e\u89e3\u5bc6\u7684\u6a94\u6848\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7406\u89e3\u6b77\u53f2\u7684\u4f86\u9f8d\u53bb\u8108\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u6a94\u6848\u672a\u89e3\u5bc6\u524d\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u76f8\u95dc\u8b49\u64da\u53ef\u4ee5\u731c\u6e2c\uff0c\u537b\u4e0d\u5982\u6a94\u6848\u89e3\u5bc6\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u95dc\u9375\u4e8b\u4ef6\u90a3\u679a\u62fc\u5716\u62fc\u4e0a\u5f8c\u4f86\u5f97\u6e05\u6670\u4e14\u5b8c\u6574\u3002<\/p><h3><strong>\u5169\u5cb8\u95dc\u4fc2<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u56b4\u683c\u800c\u8ad6\uff0c1949\u5e74\u5f8c\u76f8\u7576\u9577\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\u53ea\u6709\u570b\u5171\u95dc\u4fc2\u800c\u7121\u5169\u5cb8\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u53f0\u6d77\u5206\u6cbb\u4ecd\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u6210\u5206\u7684\u570b\u5171\u5f80\u4f86\u3002\u66f9\u805a\u4ec1\u5beb\u4fe1\u5230\u53f0\u7063\u63d0\u51fa\u8ac7\u5224\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc1954-55\u5e74\u9593\u900f\u904e\u83ef\u6c99\u5f80\u4f86\u8ac7\u5224\uff0c\u5468\u908a\u63a5\u89f8\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u8523\u7d93\u570b\u3001\u9673\u8aa0\u65e5\u8a18\u4e2d\uff0c1966\u5e74\u6587\u9769\u524d\u900f\u904e\u7b2c\u4e09\u5730\u6e9d\u901a\u4e0d\u66fe\u9593\u65b7\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba\u5bc6\u4f7f\u7ba1\u9053\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u9ec3\u5bc4\u6148\uff0c\u5e2b\u5f9e\u5f18\u4e00\u5927\u5e2b\uff08\u674e\u53d4\u540c\uff09\uff0c\u66fe\u64d4\u4efb\u8523\u7d93\u570b\u7684\u79d8\u66f8\uff0c1949\u5f8c\u4efb\u8523\u4ecb\u77f3\u7e3d\u88c1\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u7e3d\u52d9\u7d44\u526f\u7d44\u9577\uff0c\u70ba\u5bc6\u4f7f\u7ba1\u9053\u4e4b\u4e8c\u30021956\u5e74\u7f8e\u570bLife\u96dc\u8a8c\u8a18\u8005John F. Osborne\u5c08\u8a2a\u5c0f\u8523\uff1a\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6d3e\u9ec3\u5bc4\u6148\u5230\u9999\u6e2f\u8207\u66f9\u805a\u4ec1\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c0b\u6c42\u5317\u4eac\u8ad2\u89e3\uff1f\u5c0f\u8523\u8a8d\u70ba\u6b64\u554f\u984c\u6c92\u79ae\u8c8c\uff0c\u5c0f\u8523\u65e5\u8a18\u63d0\u5230\u793e\u6703\u6709\u6b64\u6d88\u606f\u6d41\u50b3\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u7ae0\u58eb\u91d71956\u5e74\u8207\u7acb\u6cd5\u59d4\u54e1\u5289\u767e\u9594\u5728\u65e5\u672c\u8ac7\u8a71\uff0c\u5169\u5cb8\u722d\u53d6\u8207\u8ac7\uff0c\u7ae0\u58eb\u91d7\u8868\u793a\u4e3b\u8981\u770b\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u70ba\u5bc6\u4f7f\u7ba1\u9053\u4e4b\u4e09\u3002<\/p><p>\u7f8e\u570b\u81f3\u4eca\u9084\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c1970\u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u5f8c\u5169\u5cb8\u95dc\u4fc2\u6539\u8b8a\u3002\u51b7\u6230\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u65bc\u97d3\u6230\u8207\u8d8a\u6230\u90fd\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u8ecd\u4e8b\u5730\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u6709\u570d\u5835\u5171\u7522\u9ee8\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u64cd\u5f04\u6b64\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u800c1970\u5e74\u4ee3\u5f8c\u5247\u7121\u6cd5\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u4e2d\u7f8e\u95dc\u4fc2\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5b63\u8f9b\u5409\u4e3b\u5f35\u570b\u5171\u89e3\u6c7a\u53f0\u7063\u554f\u984c\u6709\u52a9\u4e2d\u7f8e\u5feb\u901f\u5efa\u4ea4\u3002\u8523\u7d93\u570b\u8f49\u800c\u5f37\u8abf\u7dad\u8b77\u5c0d\u7f8e\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u62d6\u5ef6\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p><h3><strong>\u897f\u85cf\u554f\u984c<\/strong><\/h3><p>1959\u5e74\u897f\u85cf\u66b4\u52d5\uff0c\u897f\u85cf\u554f\u984c\u53ef\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u51fa\u8a31\u591a\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u8af8\u5982\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u7406\u5728\u6cd5\u7406\u4e0a\uff08de jure\uff09\u8207\u73fe\u5be6\u4e0a\uff08de facto\uff09\u7684\u56f0\u5883\uff0c\u53c8\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u74061949\u524d\u7684\u5927\u9678\u6cd5\u7d71\u554f\u984c\uff1f\u7f8e\u570b\u7528\u9054\u8cf4\u7576\u53cd\u5171\u7684\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u8001\u8523\u5982\u4f55\u9762\u5c0d\u4e2d\u83ef\u6c11\u570b\u7559\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\u9818\u571f\u7248\u5716\u60f3\u50cf\uff1f\u6b64\u4e8b\u4ef6\u8b93\u5317\u4eac\u8207\u53f0\u5317\u7acb\u5834\u66f4\u8fd1\uff0c\u5c0d\u7f8e\u53cd\u800c\u611f\u5230\u6c23\u61a4\u30021959\u5e744\u67082\u65e5\uff0c\u7531CIA\u85cf\u65cf\u60c5\u5831\u54e1\u767c\u4f48\u7684\u96fb\u5831\u5167\u5bb9\u986f\u793a\u9054\u8cf4\u62b5\u9054\u5370\u5ea6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u5c0d\u897f\u85cf\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u6709\u767c\u8a00\u6b0a\u3002\u76f8\u5c0d\u5169\u8523\u7236\u5b50\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u908a\u7586\u554f\u984c\u5176\u5be6\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u554f\u984c\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\u3002<\/p><h3><strong>\u8523\u7d93\u570b\u8207\u53f0\u7f8e\u95dc\u4fc2<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u6709\u8aaa\u6709\u7b11\u7684\u756b\u9762\u95dc\u4fc2\u537b\u672a\u5fc5\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u675c\u52d2\u65af\u7528\u300ca
