class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u53e3\u8033\u76f8\u50b3\u7684\u300c\u4e16\u901a\u50b3\u5947\u300d\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u523b\u610f\u88fd\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u56e0\u7de3\u969b\u6703\u7121\u610f\u4e2d\u5728\u6211\u7684\u9ed8\u8a31\u8207\u966a\u4f34\u4e0b\u63a5\u7e8c\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u3002\u6211\u662f81\u5b78\u5e74\u5ea6\uff081992\uff09\u63a5\u4efb\u5927\u4e00\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u901a\u53f2\u300d\u9019\u9580\u8ab2\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u523098\u5b78\u5e74\u5ea6\u7d50\u675f\uff082010\uff09\uff0c\u524d\u5f8c\u517118\u5e74\u3002\u300c\u4e16\u901a\u300d\u4e0a\u8ab2\u6642\u9593\u662f\u661f\u671f\u4e94\u4e0b\u5348\u5169\u9ede\u5230\u4e94\u9ede\uff0c\u96a8\u5802\u8003\u8a66\u6642\u9593\u4ea6\u540c\u3002\u525b\u958b\u59cb\u662f\u6709\u5c11\u6578\u5e7e\u4f4d\u540c\u5b78\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u4e94\u9ede\u9418\u4ea4\u5377\uff0c\u6211\u5141\u8a31\u4ed6\u5011\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7b54\u5377\u5beb\u5b8c\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u6709\u5beb\u5230\u516d\u9ede\u9418\u4e5f\u6709\u5beb\u5230\u4e03\u9ede\u9418\u7684\u3002\u5f8c\u4f86\u5c31\u76f4\u63a5\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e0d\u9650\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5beb\u5b8c\u70ba\u6b62\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u540c\u5b78\u5beb\u5230\u516d\u3001\u4e03\u9ede\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6709\u5beb\u5230\u516b\u3001\u4e5d\u9ede\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u7834\u8a18\u9304\u7684\u4e00\u73ed\u662f96\u7d1a\uff0c\u5e7e\u4f4d\u540c\u5b78\u5beb\u5230\u5feb\u5341\u9ede\u4e86\u9084\u6c92\u4ea4\u5377\uff0c\u6211\u53ea\u597d\u9650\u4ed6\u5011\u5341\u9ede\u4ea4\u5377\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6559\u5ba4\u5927\u6a1310\u9ede15\u5206\u8981\u95dc\u9580\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u9650\u6642\u4ea4\u5377\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u7b54\u5377\u5f80\u5f80\u8d85\u904e\u7528\u9910\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u8cbc\u5fc3\u7684\u5b78\u9577\u5b78\u59ca\u5fb5\u5f97\u6211\u7684\u540c\u610f\u7d66\u5b78\u5f1f\u5b78\u59b9\u9001\u9ede\u5fc3\u3001\u98f2\u6599\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5f62\u6210\u300c\u4e16\u901a\u300d\u8003\u8a66\u7684\u6163\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u8b93\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u611f\u5230\u6eab\u99a8\u7684\u4e00\u5e55\u3002\u6709\u6642\u5b78\u9577\u5b78\u59ca\u6216\u5148\u4ea4\u5377\u7684\u540c\u5b78\u6703\u5728\u6559\u5ba4\u5916\u9762\u7b49\u8457\uff0c\u6e96\u5099\u8fce\u63a5\u4ea4\u5377\u7684\u5b78\u5f1f\u5b78\u59b9\u6216\u540c\u5b78\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u53bb\u6176\u795d\u8003\u8a66\u5b8c\u7562\u812b\u96e2\u300c\u82e6\u6d77\u300d\u3002\u6211\u53ea\u662f\u966a\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u6e21\u904e\u9019\u4e00\u5834\u6f2b\u9577\u6642\u9593\u7684\u8003\u8a66\uff0c\u800c\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e00\u5834\u8003\u8a66\u5728\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u4e4b\u9593\u6240\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u7a2e\u7a2e\u60c5\u610f\u8207\u8da3\u4e8b\uff0c\u8b93\u540c\u5b78\u5011\u6d25\u6d25\u6a02\u9053\u4e14\u503c\u5f97\u56de\u61b6\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u6b77\u53f2\u7cfb\u771f\u7684\u66fe\u7d93\u6709\u904e\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u300c\u4e16\u901a\u50b3\u5947\u300d\uff0c\u90a3\u4e5f\u662f\u901918\u5e74\u4e2d\u6b77\u5c46\u540c\u5b78\u6240\u5171\u540c\u5275\u9020\u7684\u5171\u540c\u56de\u61b6\uff0c\u6211\u5247\u8207\u6709\u69ae\u7109\u3002<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">\u5289 \u7d00 \u66dc 2021. 04. 16<\/p><hr \/><hr \/><p>\u627f\u8499\u8a60\u829d\u52a9\u6559\u9080\u8acb\uff0c\u80fd\u70ba\u6bcd\u7cfb\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u300c\u4e16\u901a\u50b3\u5947\u300d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u9ede\u611f\u60f3\u7121\u7591\u500d\u611f\u69ae\u5e78\uff01\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u8aa0\u5982\u8001\u5e2b\u6240\u8a00\uff0c\u6b64\u300c\u50b3\u5947\u300d\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u9577\u4e45\u4ee5\u4f86\u81fa\u5e2b\u5927\u6b77\u53f2\u5b78\u7cfb\u5e2b\u751f\u6240\u5171\u540c\u5275\u9020\uff0c\u66fe\u7d93\u6b77\u9019\u6bb5\u300c\u6b77\u53f2\u300d\u8005\u7406\u61c9\u7686\u6709\u767c\u8868\u60f3\u6cd5\u7684\u8cc7\u683c\uff0c\u6211\u672a\u5fc5\u662f\u6700\u5408\u9069\u4eba\u9078\u3002\u7136\u5728\u52a9\u6559\u63d0\u9192\u8aaa\u6211\u5df2\u88ab\u8001\u5e2b\u9ede\u540d\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u624d\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u539f\u4f86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u300c\u6b77\u53f2\u8a18\u61b6\u300d\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u8aa4\uff01\u6614\u65e5\u6211\u7684\u78ba\u82b1\u6bd4\u4e00\u822c\u540c\u5b78\u66f4\u591a\u6642\u9593\u64b0\u5beb\u4e16\u901a\u8003\u5377\uff0c\u4f46\u59cb\u7d42\u4ee5\u70ba\u6bcf\u5c46\u5927\u6982\u90fd\u6709\u5e7e\u500b\u985e\u4f3c\u6848\u4f8b\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u6c92\u60f3\u5230\u4e8b\u5be6\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4e26\u975e\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u62dc\u8b80\u8001\u5e2b\u7684\u6587\u5b57\u5f8c\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u56de\u61b6\u4e0d\u7981\u6e67\u4e0a\u5fc3\u982d\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6211\u5c31\u4e0d\u63e3\u6dfa\u964b\u7565\u70ba\u8207\u5404\u4f4d\u670b\u53cb\u5206\u4eab\u3002<\/p><p>\u7336\u8a18\u5f97\u525b\u9032\u5927\u5b78\u6642\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u5c0d\u8001\u5e2b\u4e0a\u8ab2\u6a21\u5f0f\u9084\u662f\u7533\u8ad6\u984c\u7684\u8003\u8a66\u5f62\u5f0f\u90fd\u4e0d\u751a\u719f\u6089\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u4f7f\u5f97\u6211\u5c0d\u8f49\u773c\u5373\u81f3\u7684\u5927\u4e00\u4e0a\u671f\u4e2d\u8003\u611f\u5230\u683c\u5916\u7dca\u5f35\u3002\u6b64\u6642\u6070\u5de7\u807d\u805e\u5b78\u9577\u544a\u77e5\u4e16\u901a\u8003\u8a66\u56e0\u9817\u6709\u76e1\u60c5\u767c\u63ee\u7a7a\u9593\u7121\u9808\u904e\u5ea6\u64d4\u5fc3\uff0c\u5167\u5fc3\u5c0d\u671f\u4e2d\u8003\u4e4b\u58d3\u529b\u9813\u6642\u6e1b\u8f15\u4e0d\u5c11\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u5728\u7d93\u6b77\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u4e16\u901a\u8003\u8a66\u7684\u6d17\u79ae\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u9a5a\u89ba\u4e8b\u60c5\u6c92\u6709\u60f3\u50cf\u4e2d\u4f86\u5f97\u7c21\u55ae\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u5728\u8003\u8a66\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ea\u82b1\u4e00\u9ede\u6642\u9593\u5403\u6771\u897f\u8207\u4e0a\u6d17\u624b\u9593\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4e00\u8def\u62fc\u6230\u5230\u8fd1\u5341\u9ede\u7684\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u4e8b\u5f8c\u8207\u4e00\u4e9b\u540c\u5b78\u8a0e\u8ad6\u624d\u767c\u73fe\u5176\u5be6\u4e26\u672a\u5beb\u5f97\u7279\u5225\u591a\u3002\u7d93\u904e\u4e00\u756a\u53cd\u7701\u6211\u9ad4\u609f\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u7b54\u984c\u7b56\u7565\u8207\u5fc3\u614b\u4e0a\u5fc5\u9808\u6709\u6240\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8b93\u4f5c\u7b54\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4f46\u5f88\u53ef\u60dc\u6700\u7d42\u4f3c\u4e4e\u4ecd\u4e0d\u5f97\u8981\u9818\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6bcf\u6b21\u4e16\u901a\u8003\u8a66\u4e00\u4e0d\u5c0f\u5fc3\u53c8\u5beb\u5230\u5c07\u8fd1\u5341\u9ede\u3002\u5370\u8c61\u4e2d\u6bcf\u6b21\u4ea4\u5377\u6642\u6211\u90fd\u5f88\u4e0d\u597d\u610f\u601d\u5730\u5411\u8001\u5e2b\u8868\u9054\u6b49\u610f\uff0c\u800c\u8001\u5e2b\u7e3d\u6703\u9732\u51fa\u548c\u85f9\u7684\u7b11\u5bb9\u8aaa\u8072\u6c92\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/p><p>\u8aaa\u4f86\u615a\u6127\uff0c\u6211\u96d6\u7136\u5c0d\u6b77\u53f2\u4e00\u76f4\u5f88\u6709\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u7684\u300c\u6642\u9593\u611f\u300d\u5176\u5be6\u4e0d\u5927\u597d\uff0c\u5e38\u89ba\u5f97\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u4f4d\u300c\u6642\u9593\u5931\u63a7\u5927\u5e2b\u300d\u3002\u6642\u81f3\u4eca\u65e5\uff0c\u6211\u4f9d\u7136\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u5728\u8a8d\u771f\u601d\u7d22\u5982\u4f55\u65bc\u6709\u9650\u6642\u9593\u5167\uff0c\u64b0\u5beb\u51fa\u7cbe\u6e96\u6070\u7576\u7684\u53f2\u5b78\u6587\u5b57\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u6216\u8a31\u6b63\u5982\u540c\u4e16\u901a\u7b2c\u4e00\u5802\u8ab2\u8001\u5e2b\u6240\u63d0\u9ede\u8457\u540d\u53f2\u5bb6\u5361\u723e\uff08Edward H. Carr\uff09\u4e4b\u540d\u8a00\u300c\u6b77\u53f2\u662f\u73fe\u5728\u8207\u904e\u53bb\u9593\u6c38\u7121\u6b62\u5883\u7684\u5c0d\u8a71\u300d\u822c\uff0c\u6b77\u53f2\u66f8\u5beb\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u6bb5\u6c92\u6709\u7d42\u9ede\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\uff0c\u800c\u8eab\u81e8\u5176\u5883\u61c9\u5982\u4f55\u81ea\u8655\u4e4b\u5fae\u5999\u4f3c\u4e4e\u53c8\u76e1\u5728\u4e0d\u8a00\u4e2d\u3002\u975e\u5e38\u611f\u8b1d\u8001\u5e2b\u7576\u5e74\u7684\u5bec\u5bb9\uff0c\u8b93\u525b\u63a5\u89f8\u5927\u5b78\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u5b78\u7fd2\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7bc0\u594f\u52aa\u529b\u7b54\u984c\uff0c\u90a3\u5e7e\u6b21\u5f9e\u4e0b\u5348\u81f3\u591c\u665a\u7684\u99ac\u62c9\u677e\u5f0f\u596e\u7b46\u75be\u66f8\uff0c\u8fc4\u4eca\u4ecd\u4ee4\u6211\u611f\u89f8\u826f\u591a\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\u518d\u6b64\u611f\u8b1d\u52a9\u6559\u7684\u9080\u8acb\uff0c\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u6709\u5e78\u80fd\u70ba\u6bcd\u7cfb\u9019\u6bb5\u7279\u6b8a\u6b77\u53f2\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u8a18\u8f09\uff0c\u76e1\u4e00\u9ede\u68c9\u8584\u4e4b\u529b\u3002<\/p><p
